Sharif Residence is a modern G+7 apartment complex located at a key intersection in the Hodan district of Mogadishu. Designed with simplicity and functionality in mind, the building offers a blend of residential comfort and commercial flexibility.
Each floor features two well-lit apartment units and one duplex, providing a variety of living options to accommodate different household needs. The ground floor includes open commercial space that can serve as a warehouse or café, enhancing the project’s usability and integration with the surrounding community.
The exterior design features a clean, balanced color palette with integrated lighting that brings the structure to life at night. Inside, the units are equipped with modern finishes including granite countertops, tall ceilings, and spacious balconies offering views of the city.
